I’ve always believed that travel has the power to change lives. From a young age, I dreamed of seeing the world, and over time that dream turned into a career that has taken me across more than 40 countries. Along the way, I discovered not only my love for exploring new destinations, but also my passion for helping others do the same.

I began my career in the travel industry as an independent agent under a host agency. Like many of you, I started with nothing more than excitement and determination. Over the years, I learned the ins and outs of building a travel business — from working with suppliers to mastering group travel, honeymoons, family trips, and luxury experiences. With consistency and perseverance, I grew into a top-producing agent, booking hundreds of clients and ranking among the top 50 income earners worldwide.

But while I was building my own success, I noticed something important: so many other agents around me were struggling. They had the same passion and excitement, but they lacked guidance, mentorship, and a clear roadmap. Too often, they felt like just another number in a massive system, left to figure things out on their own. I saw new agents burning out, experienced agents underpaid, and far too many people walking away from their dreams.

That’s when I knew something had to change.
